Richy Cletus, 32, was one of the recipient of the free thyroid surgery which was done on the 28th of December 2017. She was visited by the founder of the Layi Erogbogbo Foundation Mr Goriola Erogbogbo on the 29th December 2017 who was thankful to GOD that the surgery was successful and she is fast recovering.

In a recent Facebook post made by Mr Goriola Erogbogbo today January 2nd 2018, He shared a photo of the free goitre surgery patient who has been discharged from the general hospital gbagada and is still in recovery with surgical clips on her neck.

Most surgical stapler are currently made of titanium, and as many as 30 to 40 clips may be used during a single surgical procedure. They would be removed after the wounds are healed.

Such amazing kindness came at the right time for mrs. Richy Cletus just few days to the new year and her joy definitely knows no bound and all thanks to GOD and to an amazing and philantropic Nigerian Mr Goriola Erogbogbo who has vowed to help as many people as possible get free surgery and healthcare to tackle the same disease that took his father’s life several years ago.

Hopefully more Nigerians will be moivated by Mr Goriola Erogbogbo kindness to become change agents and help give back to the society knowing that as humans we are all naturally committed to the wellbeing of others around us and such kindness always brings its own rewards.
